Our company established at 2008 and is the professional manufacturer for PVC hot water bottle. We have the advanced production equipment and excellent management team. And we promise we will keep the new product development policy of “innovation and fashion” and we are committed to creating an unconventional enterprise in the traditional industry. Our products fit the British BS 1970:2012 Standard and are sold to Europe, America, Japan and Korea, because we have a great R&D team to support us to create the new production with the independent intellectual property right.

In 2018, we built a fabric cover production workshop and introduced CNC programming to replace traditional manual sewing.

In 2018, we developed a hot water bag cover product and process with a tolerance of millimeters, further improving our product quality.

In 2015, we successfully developed the U pillow, and began global sales. To date, over 1.27 million units have been sold worldwide, receiving praise from customers.

Production Process

Design and Manufacture of Molds

We can present your ideas using 3D models for your selection or adjustment. By using 2D drawing documents, we finalize the requirements to provide standards for product inspection and size support for cover design. We will design and manufacture dedicated injection and compression molds.

Hot Water Bottle Cover Provision

You can provide covers, which we can package together, or we can produce covers according to customer requirements and package them as finished products.

Full Inflation Inspection

All completed hot water bottles undergo full inflation testing to check their sealing and pressure resistance, ensuring there are no air leakage.

Packaging

Quality-checked hot water bottles undergo cleaning before packaging. Then packaged, including being placed in packaging bags (including covers), boxed, and labeled with product information and instructions on the outer packaging.

Customer Inspection

Before shipment, customers or designated third-party inspection agencies can inspect the products to ensure they meet their quality requirements.
